- Once you set-up your account on our website your test results will be available for download within 7-10 business days from when we receive your water sample.
- Number of days for test completion do not include the days your sample is in transit to our lab, the date we receive the sample, nor weekends/holidays.
- We’ll notify you by text/email once we receive your water sample.
- If your test results are not available when promised, simply notify us in writing. Once this is confirmed, we send you another kit like the one you purchased. It’s that simple!
